Had a delivery from these chicken planet lads on Sunday 3rd February. Staying in saxlingham Thorpe. Sandals Marsh. Delivery was for 10 people. Wow what can I say, delivery was on time, hot, all correct, tasty fresh salad. I wish I live in their catchment area for delivery for future orders. Thank you guys a fully deserved 5 stars.

Ordered for the first and definitely the last 24/02/24 and paying £40.60 is a insult to my bank account for what I've just received chips where like cardboard the chicken was cooked halliuha but my god it was dry if that's ppls go to in long stratton then god help us the only thing worth having was the chocolate fudge cake

A great place for freshly made Pizzas of many combinations, and all can be tweaked with a selection of extras for a small additional charge - to suit your own personal tastes. The cheesy chips, Burgers, Chicken dishes, desserts, and soft drinks can give you a great night-in, when watching your favorite film or Netflix series. I can't say anything about the atmosphere in 'Chicken Planet' as i've not sat-in and eaten food on the premises, But!...I will say that the proprietor of the 'Chicken Planet' is very welcoming, friendly, polite, and well mannered, And!...sure knows how to prepare, cook, present, and serve tasty food. The food preparation area is a credit to the 'Chicken Planet' as it is spotless, and well deserved of it's 5 ☆ rating. With great food delivered fresh and hot to your door, by Again!...courteous, well mannered, and polite delivery drivers, give it a go!. You won't be disappointed. For my own personal star rating, i would have to say: "5 ☆'s x 10! Everytime. All Good. Parking: Plenty of free parking in the adjacent car park.

Always have a good experience using these guys, whether it's collection or delivered. My go to is usually a chicken kebab. Tasty and the salad is always fresh. The chips are always nice and crispy too. Friendly staff and drivers. Many thanks to all 😎👌

We were on holiday in the area, saw the good reviews and chose to buy dinner here. The staff are friendly and service fine. The food on the other hand was poor, my son ordered chicken popcorn, the meat was slimy, a nasty texture, he ate 1 and said he didn't like them, I tried them, they were awful. I had a chicken and doner kebab, the meat was bland and the chilli sauce was not good, can buy better chilli sauce in a supermarket. Whilst the food was edible (except the popcorn chicken slime), it was not very enjoyable I'm afraid to say.

60.00 worth of food unedible, manager was aggressive and extremely rude when I phoned to ask for a refund , he refused and said all his reviews on just eat (the platform we used to order food) we good. Absolute nonsense. Would never use them again and have made an official complaint to just eat about him.

Delivery driver was lovely and food was good. So nice to order a chicken burger and get a big tender peice of chicken. Better than chicken at most other fast food places. Every time I've been there staff have always been friendly.

So started ordering as other place went down hill, thought we'd try chicken planet and was very surprised, definitely got better since first opened. So far orders have been spot on. People are nice to, this is now my new go to.
