Started classes with FordFit at NR Wymondham and honestly couldn’t recommend it more 🙌
Toby is super welcoming and really listens to everyone. He’s outgoing, friendly, and full of energy ⚡️which definitely rubs off during the sessions!
Love that he takes music requests 🎶 and keeps the vibe fun and motivating. Even though they’re group classes, Toby still makes the effort to tailor things to each individual 💪🔥
Such a great atmosphere and community! 👏😊

As a 57 year old guy with a recent knee injury I was struggling to find a way back to any level of fitness. I had never joined a gym or done any kind of fitness training, Luckily I found Toby on TikTok and messaged him to see what he could offer. We sat down and drew up a plan and here we are 2 months on and I am now feeling confident when I walk in the gym that I can safely use a lot of the machines and am getting more confident with free weights as well. Having Toby there to set each machine up, demo each exercise, check my form is correct and record all of my progress is so helpful and motivates me to try and increase the reps or weight for the next session. In the last 2 weeks I have even started to do additional sessions on my own which I doubt I would have done without Toby’s support. Don’t think a personal trainer is just for elite athletes or younger age groups, if your serious about improving your health and fitness it doesn’t matter what your age is providing you make that first step and sign up with Toby. 💪

Toby has been helping my parents for the last 6 weeks with their mobility and has made a huge difference. Toby’s mannerism is professional and friendly and his knowledge is first class. He has a deep understanding of how to treat elderly people, and they have no hesitation in continuing to use Toby.

Toby has been training with my daughter over the last 6 weeks after she had knee surgery. He has been very motivational, and professional. Her strength has increased and she is flying through her rehab targets. She is enjoying every session and learning alot. We would definitely recommend Toby if you are looking for a personal trainer.

Toby is a very friendly, enthusiastic and accommodating trainer who is clearly very knowledgeable on all kinds of training techniques no matter the goals or experience . He has helped me progress with my own training and transformation providing tailored advice and guidance throughout our sessions together. Overall a great lad who knows his stuff and is able to work with you helping you understand the underlying principles of what, how and why, 10/10!

Toby was great to work with and really helped me to achieve my goals. There is no gain without hard work however Toby‘s positive attitude and the fun we had during the process made it very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Toby to anyone looking to achieve excellent results.
