Booked a table for 7pm It’s now 9pm and we have only just finished!! All we ordered was two cheeseburgers !! Nearly 90 minutes before our food arrived! That is I fear inexcusable. Feel sorry for the waitresses Shocking situation. Was told the Head Chef was not in and hence the serious delay. But we should have been warned before we placed our order about the delay and that would have given us the option to go elsewhere whilst it was still relatively early. The food when it arrived was ok but due to the delay it spoilt it . It’s a pity because this was our first experience of this place and I expect we will prefer other options next time!

Lovely restaurant with stunning old beams downstairs and wooden furniture. A large beer garden too. The staff are excellent, so friendly and helpful. Loved the fresh flowers on the table, sadly rare to see that nowadays. The food was delicious, huge starters, very generous and large main courses. Fresh and high quality. Couldn't do desserts! Great drinks menu and wine selection. Very good value for money and wonderful ambiance. Highly recommend! Vegetarian options: Vegetable Lasagne

A delicious lunch for a 70th birthday celebration. The restaurant wasn't busy for a Saturday lunch time. There were 7 of us and we all thoroughly enjoyed our choices. I had the pan dried sea bass with crab crushed new potatoes and prawns 😋

We had a fantastic meal. We started with a cheese soufflé and smoked salmon with prawn, both of which were delicious and well-prepared. The highlight of our meal was the 36oz shared steak, cooked to perfection and accompanied by tasty sides. Service was a standout, thanks to Mia and Zoe. They were attentive and made sure our dining experience was smooth and pleasant. Their professionalism added to the positive atmosphere of the restaurant. Overall, Netherton offered a lovely meal with excellent service. I'd recommend it for a quality dining experience.

We went around lunch time. The service was amazing, really friendly staff. For starter we had the loaded nachos which were delicious and the crispy chilli squid. The nachos were 10/10 however the crispy chilli squid was really stringy the batter came off straight away and wasn’t very nice. Bit disappointed. We then for mains both had cheese burgers. The skinny fries were really nice with the sauce. The burgers were average, in one of ours there was a big gritty bit which both put us off to eat the rest. Lastly I had the lemon meringue Eton mess with ginger biscuits. The flavours work well. The star of the show were the lemon and lime drinks which were incredible! They know how to make it perfect! The presentation was 10/10 just wish the food was as good as it looked. I do feel like they are very overpriced for what you get and felt that £76.23 was quite a lot.

First I want to say a huge thank you to the girl Kate !!! who served us, who gave us energy and a huge positive that we felt, she has professional skills that you will not find almost anywhere because of this, many thanks to her. We will definitely come there especially in order to visit again and feel the care and attention that this girl, whose name is Kate, gave us I won 2 vouchers for Christmas but I never had time to visit this place, we really planned to come for a long time, but due to being very busy. I could not have such an opportunity, but yesterday We gathered with friends. We decided to go see. What is this place. We never thought that in such a small town. There is such a great place and there is such a great service food at a high level and good quality. I am very whimsical about ideas and according to my requirements, because I always watch what I eat and what I drink you have an amazing place and you have amazing staff a wonderful atmosphere kitchen, so keep on the same place and keep doing what you are doing Thank you so much for you and your place and also a huge thank you to Kate who was with us all the time.

First time visiting for my partners birthday and it’s safe to say we will definitely return. The service was friendly, the food was delicious and cooked to perfection and to top it off we were given 2 complimentary glasses of Prosecco to celebrate 🥂 Thank you to all the girls on waiting service, you are all compliments to the restaurant. We look forward to returning in the near future.

We attended on Thursday evening. This was our first time at this venue. We were pleasantly greeted and sat at our table. We ordered three courses which came in good time. The food was well presented and extremely tasty.

We really enjoyed our recent visit to Netherton Steakhouse where they were running a promotion of any burger and chips meal for £20 per person. The food was delicious and portion sizes were great. We’ll be back!

Quality of food is very good with generous portions. Friendly staff.
